Worcester Park Refurbishment

Full refurbishment of extremely run down property with damp issues in Worcester Park, Surrey, KT4. This project included installation of steel beams in order to remove the 1st and ground floor chimney breasts in kitchen area. New bespoke kitchen, new bathroom, creation of ground floor W/C underneath staircase and over skim of entire house. We also fitted hard wood flooring on the ground floor in the hallway and living room and some bespoke shaker style doors under the staircase for storage. The Timber joists on the ground floor were in really bad condition in this property due to damp and rot so we had to remove them all and start again with new dwarf walls and treated timber joists.
