Streatham ground floor refurbishment

This project in Streatham, SW16 involved the removal of multiple walls and relocation of doorways to completely change the dynamics of the ground floor of the property. It also included the fitting of a new modern Integra kitchen from Magnet with Quartz worktops and the creation of a downstairs utility room and W/C with dark Herringbone pattern hardwood flooring throughout. We also retro fitted a warm roof on the existing flat roofs of the property to improve the insulation and energy efficiency of the property. We removed old UPVC doors and replaced with Black Bi-fold doors.
