Ockley First Story Extension

First floor luxury bespoke extension in Surrey, creating a master bedroom and en suite for a family home. This first floor extension was built on top of a flat roof terrace after checking the foundations of the property were substantial to carry the new loads and all structural calculations were considered. The new rooms are fully insulated in accordance with building regulations. We also built a set of larger bespoke wardrobes and hand sprayed them.
