This project was a 3m ground floor extension in Motspur Park, Surrey, KT3. The rear ground floor wall was removed when building the ground floor extension to create an open plan living space. We also created a utility room and a down stairs W/C for practicality. New Benchmarx kitchen was fitted in new extension, along with hardwood flooring throughout the whole ground floor
