Kensal Rise Staircase extension

This project was a renewal of an external staircase leading to the first floor flat as well as ground floor extension of the lobby area. The existing lobby area and staircase was demolished and the new lobby area and staircase was constructed, fully insulated with some new electrics installed. Large windows were created in the new structure to allow for a lot more natural light into the lobby area and stairwell. The new structure was complete with GRP roofing and cladded in treated cedar wood
